Stephen Sinclair is a co-founder and director of Fourthspace and has practised architecture in London for 15 years and Los Angeles for 2 years. He is a fully chartered Architect and has additional qualifications form the London School of Economics (Msc Cities, Space & Society). His diverse design background is complimented with experience and knowledge of urban design and the mechanisms of social and economic regeneration from both public and private sectors. Stephen brings to Fourthspace intellectual rigour, management prowess and patience for the local government planning & other statutory processes. Stephen has been a project Architect in jobs ranging in size from £20,000 to £10million construction cost of which have mainly been in the residential and commercial sectors. Stephen is often invited to various Architectural Schools to sit on the design juries.
Paolo Mozzato is a director of Fourthspace and has practised in London for 12 years and in Venice, Italy for 5 years as a fully qualified and skilled designer. His excellent eye for quality design and understanding of materials and construction techniques and is well experienced in projects that involve local townscape issues and housing needs. Paolo brings to Fourthspace outstanding graphic skills, construction drawing production, job running abilities and a cultural awareness that is fundamental to the evolving design process that Fourthspace enjoy.
